I want to create an automated traffic monitoring system using openCV. The application must be written in python. The algorithm to create the automation must use frame differencing as well as background subtraction techniques. Also, we have to focus on just the main street of the video file so there must be use of ROI correctly. I want the entire code and not just the algorithm.
