I want to create timelines slicer by power bi

Timelines slicer including year$-$quarter$-$month

Then one choose year it appears $2022,2023,2024$ or choose quarter q$1,$q$2,$q$3$

Or months January $,$February that help me connect it with chart so when select year shows me $2022,2023,2024$ when click on $2022$ the chart change the data so how to create timelines slicer like that in power bi
