I want to do a project to estimate the ratings users give to movies. I have two files with .csv extension, one contains the test set and the other contains the training set. There are five thousand rows in test.csv containing ID, UserID and ItemID. As it turns out, the ratings here are hidden and what I need to do here is to estimate these ratings as best as possible based on the actual rating result. There are about one million lines in training.csv and this file contains UserID, ItemID, Rating information. RMSE will be used as the error metric. As NBCF, either UBCF or IBCF will be used. RMSE should be < 1.0. What I want from you is the code that can do this calculation, as well as the C++ code that will allow these .csv files to be read, as well as the .csv file that shows the ID and predicted rating values.
