Scenario: In Week 3, you selected a product or service that you believe your organization should invest capital resources to develop the product or service for sale. To speed up the new product investment, you decide to write memo proposing and advocating for the launch of a new product or service to the company president.

Createa memo proposal using the AIDA model in a MicrosoftWord in a minimum of 1400 words.You will add an introduction and conclusion, and your paper will include the following components:

  • Convince your audience to invest capital resources to develop the product or service you intend to sell and explain your rationale.See Figure 9.5 - Persuasive Message Using AIDA model.
  • Gain credibility (for yourself and your request) and (2)to make your readers believe that helping your product/service will indeed benefit the company. Close with a request for some specific action, and make that course of action as easy to follow as possible to maximize the chances of a positive response.
  • Includesecondary research to support your argument, related to your product and/or service.Explain what you will do in case the selected product or service does not initially sell as much as expected.
  • Indicate potential digital channels for marketing your product or service.
  • Consider cross-cultural and multinational implications.

  • Addressees. When sending a memo to a long list of people, include the notation See distribution list or See below in the position at the top; then list the names at the end of the memo. Arrange this list alphabetically, except when high-ranking officials deserve more prominent placement. You can also address memos to groups of people--All Sales Representatives, Production Group, New Product Team.
  • Courtesy titles. You need not use courtesy titles anywhere in a memo; first initials and last names, first names, or even initials alone are often sufficient. However, use a courtesy title if you would use one in a face-to-face encounter with the person.
  • Subject line. The subject line of a memo helps busy colleagues quickly find out what your memo is about, so take care to make it concise and compelling.
  • Body. Start the body of the memo on the second or third line below the heading. Like the body of a letter, it's usually single-spaced with blank lines between paragraphs. Indenting paragraphs is optional. Handle lists, important passages, and subheadings as you do in letters.

You must understand the business, and the risks coming along with investing. Another significant fact that you need to handle is understanding the market, and the business location, and also the culture. Inventing the appropriate marketing to aim the intended audience can do, and also can break the company. What can be popular, and well known in the United States of America can be unpopular, and not that known in other countries around the world. Selling product globally, and around the world is a major decision that requires a lot of time, and capital before even getting it to open its doors to public. The communication surrounding the actual business must adapt to the environment where the business is. Product Explanation and Facts The product that caught my interest, and attention is a selfie station booth. The social media is taking over the world nowadays. You can find people using the internet at any place in the whole wide world, and also at any time. The selfie station booth would permit people to communicate from all over the world by getting to share their great moments with any person in the world easily, and in a push of a button. This particular selfie booth station is found in the United States of America, and it is getting super popular, and trendy nowadays. Almost every wedding that people attend, you can find some sort of selfie booth. Also at trade shows, and birthday parties you will find a selfie worth stuff to snap a picture with your loved ones, and post it on the social media. Also I have seen them set up a selfie station booth at fairs, and parades. Having a selfie booth station drags you to the booth to take fun snapshots with your loved ones. The company has its name in the background, and receives free advertising by the people taking a photo with whoever they like, and sharing it with their friends, and family around the whole wide world. Everything gets a benefit of something which make the whole thing work. What makes a selfie station booth different from just having some props and a background? Well, I am glad you asked. Guests can change the background to any scenery they desire, and that fits their mood with the help of a touch screen. There will be a lot of props for the person to add even more fun stuff to their picture. Once the desired photo is taken, the user will be required to input his e-mail address, or just post it on their social media directly from the selfie station booth if they want to. Also if they want, they can print a photo, and have the photo right then instead of waiting to get the photo sometime later. This social event will sure be the talk of the night with their friend, and family. The selfie station booth can be operated by just one worker, his job is to set up the camera, and help the guests to set up the backgrounds, and take the selected photo, and take out the photos they want. The selfie booth station is set up with a camera, internet service, touch screen, props, and digital back grounds to change the destination to anywhere in the world. The aimed audiences are wedding venues, cities, school functions, and family events such as birthday parties, and family reunions. Very soon wedding parties, kids at school dances, and birthday's girls, and boys would be able to share their fun, special moments, and memories with their social media with a blink of an eye. In nowadays world you barely see someone without their cell phone laying around with their hand. The world has changed a lot, and people want information, and they want to send information anywhere right away in just seconds. With the selfie station booth you can spend real time with your family, and friends. Selling a product for the whole world is a major step. The culture, and life style of other countries is different form the way of living here in the United States of America. Some cultures are reserved, and they do not share their good moments with anyone except for their family, and sometimes they feel like their bragging, and gloating which according to their surroundings is not acceptable. Understanding different cultures, and life styles, and what is acceptable can be a great thing to start with when investing in a business like this one. Doing an appropriate research understanding the place, and what is on trend these days are all significant facts that I will have to understand, and review before I start moving ahead. The communication surrounding the selfie booth station must be expressed in an exciting, and entertaining way that will not make the targeted audience feel offended. Although we adore our social media here in the United States of America. How do other cultures take to another intrusion of their private moments? By stepping in, and marketing the selfie station booth in an inappropriate way, this selfie station booth can be rejected, and unaccepted by other cultures who do not like sharing their private photos, or special moments with others. Marketing the selfie station booth as an entertaining extension of a certain event verses the Social Medias stepping in, and causing the selfie station booth to fail, and get rejected by other cultures, or the opposite causing it to succeed as well. Establishing Credibility Establishing Credibility in a small group of people that probably you already know is very easy. They know who are you, and what you stand for. In a group that does not know anything about you is harder to come off as a credible. Some methods that you can use their help to develop your credibility are: honesty, objectivity, awareness of crowds and expertise, endorsements, performance, confidence, and sincerity. The crowd must see each one of these to develop their trust, and connection. All of us has seen those information commercials but actually none of them gets popular, and well known until we see the same face that has been promoting the products from years, and years before. Some of the few faces that has been promoting, and made us stop, and see whatever they are selling are: Anthony Sullivan, Susan Powter, and Tony Little. These people are confident, passionate, and appear to know the product from the inside, and outside making the customers think they really need to get that product, they have all of the key components that makes consumers from all over open their wallets on daily basis, and purchasing a product online without seeing, and checking the actual product except when the product arrives to them. Approaching Audiences A crowd can be hard to approach if they do not see what is in for them. Seeing the subject from the audience's perspective is an approach from a different kind that will give a positive reaction. By using terms when talking or writing about your crowds wishes, hopes, preferences, and interests it is more likely to have a connection with the crowds. The person that is delivering the message steps back from using terms like me, I, we, ours, and mine. These kind of words are replaced with \"you\" and \"your\". This way the person talking becomes more trustable, and relatable. For the people receiving the message the sales man turns to a regular everyday person that goes through the same struggles as you do. It is very exciting how the procedure goes, and what specifically makes the crowd buy the person delivering the message. I need to aim to younger minds since nowadays their minds rely more on social media to make through their day. Reaching the audience by the features of the selfie station booth, and showing them how their prom, wedding or weekend can be beautifully be remembered for a long time; thanks to their technology to share their most loved moment with a push of a button. Showing them that their nights will be the talk of the town is the most important goal I want to achieve. Conclusion Investing in a product, and selling it around the world can be very challenging. Advertising the product globally takes a lot of research. Understanding the culture of the people buying the product is a must. Inventing a clear, and concise message that reaches the aimed audience is more significant than ever. Establishing Credibility is important as well. The audience needs to believe in the face of product just as the product for it to be successful. Appealing the audience by taking out the business words and replacing it with \"you\" and \"your\" makes the message feel more personal. This connects the crowd to the product by making it personal.
