i wanted to ask

So if someone gets accepted to a top 15 CS masters degree program and gets a graduate fellowship at jp morgan & chase doing AI research.

What can that person get out of doing the fellowship?

How great will that look on their linkedin/resume?

Would it really set them up for success?

Would getting that fellowship really make a difference if they wanted to go for a Ph.D. at an institution like Cal Berkeley and Stanford.

if they finish that fellowship and wanted to sign up for other fellowships like Google or Facebook AI, would having the JP morgan experience set you apart and possibly get you it the other fellowships

Would they get hired back full time after the fellowship is over?
