I wanted to pose a question in response to self-presentation and impression management: Many of the examples given involve people intentionally working to give off a certain impression of themselves to others. What about things we do that are unintentional? Can you think of a person that you know (probably a friend) who told you of their perception of you before they got to know you, and that perception was incorrect or false? What behaviors did they see that gave them the false perception?
