(ii).  There are four types of innovation: Functional Innovation, Experience Innovation, Emotional Innovation and Process Innovation. Analyze whether Apple applies these to satisfying the three basic criteria of the Design Thinking method to innovate. Desirable (customer focused), possible (technology and organization) and feasible (sustainability and business profitability). Explain whether they apply by providing specific evidence, or if they are not applied, describe how they could be applied. Can they be copied? Justify your response.
