Who are the key participants in the customer's buying decision process? (10+5 marks) b) Highlight the cross functional linkages in the customer's organization which can impact the buying decision? (5 marks) c) Outline steps you can take to positively influence any two of the participants in the buying process? (5 marks) Note: Please understand that you have to discuss the buying decision process of your customer.
