After the equipment is fully depreciated, the company will be abe to sell the equimpment for $3 million.The widget will retail for $250. The company expects to sell 190,000 widgets per year. Fixed costs will be $1,100,000 per year and variable costs are $20 per widget. Production will require an investment in net working capital of $1,500,000 at the start of the project. no additional working capital is needed during the project. The tax rate is 30 percent.
