I'd like this discussion board to be a free ranging examination of corporate culture. In my experience many (most?) organizations talk the talk but don't walk the walk.Organizations talk about treating employees as "family" and being open and other "benefits" of their culture.

I'd like you to think about corporate culture from a strategic perspective.Tell me about your ideal culture but I don't want a wish list or pie in the sky.I want you to think about the costs and benefits of different elements of corporate culture and fashion a general idea of what you would doo as an executive to shape a culture that promotes positive employee experiences without breaking the bank.
