I'd like you to think about corporate culture from a strategic perspective.Tell me about your ideal culture but I don't want a wish list or pie in the sky.I want you to think about the costs and benefits of different elements of corporate culture and fashion a general idea of what you would doo as an executive to shape a culture that promotes positive employee experiences without breaking the bank.
