I'd like to tell you about a story I heard the other day. A team of about 20 employees exists in a company like ours. This team's members are all intelligent, enthusiastic go-getters. They have fantastic ideas and come up with excellent solutions to problems. The only problem was that they didn't share any of this information with one another. When a new manager took over, she noticed that her team was too focused on themselves and their individual accomplishments. She decided to hold a team-building activity.
