Identify a low rise Class 1 or 10 building you are familiar with which is currently under construction or about to be constructed. Access all relevant documentation related to the project including the plans, drawings, specifications, site surveys, soil analysis, council permissions. Undertake a site inspection to confirm the information in the documentation and provide a report on the following:

• site details
• classification of the soil
• bearing capacity
• how the trenches / excavations are to be supported. If not supported, provide justification as to why.
