Identify a problem that seems important or controversial to you. Is there a controversial project in your community? Are you going to build a building, park, factory that does not have the approval of everyone? What are the arguments in favor? And against? Is there a law under discussion that is not in everyone's agreement? Who is in favor? Who is against it? What are the reasons for the different positions? Has any action been taken at the local level that has generated reactions for and against it? What are those measurements? Who do they affect? Who do they favor? What are the real problems in your community? Are the authorities doing something to solve them? What does the population do? Are there newspaper articles on these topics?
