Identify a problem that was or is currently faced by a local public or private hospital. Arrange Six Sigma DMAIC processes in related in sequence to solve the problem. The solution can be new that solve a current problem or one that was implemented within the last five years to solve an old problem. For each step of DMAIC, explain the phase in term of the hospital situation and problem, select one (1)quality tool and examine how it can be used to address the problem.
