Identify a project at Fanshawe College that is either underway, completed or proposed. The project could be construction of a new residence, a new research facility, facility expansion, launch of new diploma/degree programs, new student support services, etc. Describe the project including scope of work, schedule, budget, performance requirements. For the project, think of as many stakeholders as possible and present them in a context diagram using free software at coggle.it (or similar software). Insert a jpg of the diagram into the template. Include minimum 25 stakeholders, grouped appropriately. Clearly differentiate between internal (i.e., internal to Fanshawe Collage) and external (i.e., external to Fanshawe College) stakeholders. Refer to the sample context diagram in Module 3 class slides for guidance. Of the 25 identified stakeholders, analyze 10 stakeholders using the stakeholder analysis matrix. Plot the 10 stakeholders on the power/interest grid. Provide a detailed stakeholder management plan for one of the 10 stakeholders. No template is provided for the plan. Use the Module 3 content (slides, textbook) to develop a structure for your stakeholder management plan. Describe the most interesting thing you learned from this exercise and describe how you will use that knowledge in your future career. All text (including text in inserted figures) must be minimum 10 point font
