Describe the circumstances. How is your group currently progressing on the Mini-PMP assignment? Provide brief and relevant details of the situation(s) that you and/or your group has faced or is facing while working on the assignment compared to what was agreed in the Mini PMP Group Charter.

2. Interpret your role in situation management:

After describing the circumstances, you need to discuss your role to date in managing and controlling the following areas in your group work

• resources (your project team members)
• communications
• validate scope (assignment work)
• quality (of assignment work)
• schedule / time
• risks and issues
