Identify a "strategic change" project or initiative that you have been a part of that did not go well. Were one or more of the necessary components for successful change missing? Describe the initiative, the element(s) of the strategic change process that was absent or subpar, and the ultimate outcome of the initiative. Did you have alignment between the elements? If you had been the leader (or if you were), what would you do differently? How can implementation be enhanced and supported?
