Identify a workplace department of less than 100 employees, either your current workplace or a workplace of your choice that you are familiar with. If you wish to keep the name of the organization anonymous, you may use a pseudonym.

Describe the level of engagement, including facts that support your description. Include feedback on the following themes:

• overall level of job satisfaction;
• employee effort;
• teamwork;
• employee pride and ownership of employer mission and values; and
• other observations that may apply.

The description should adequate. Facts may include statements by employees, comments in meetings, observations of work, etc. Describe what each fact may or may not indicate about the level of engagement in the workplace you are describing.

Using the Focus Group Template, outline how you would recommend structuring a focus group to obtain information from employees around what would make this workplace a "great place to work." Use techniques and concepts outlined in Chapter 6 of the textbook, Employee Engagement.

Summarize why you chose the questions in a short summary paragraph.
