Did the response(s) match the organization's identity before the setback? If so how? Or did the Organization's identity change after the setback? If yes how did their identity change? Your response should explicitly: identify/discuss the setback event, detailed action(s) taken by the organization to address the setback or actions taken that did not address the setback and, describe how the interpretation did or did not match the organization's identity prior to the setback
