Identify an organization/corporation/agency/group that you would like to see make more trauma-informed, and about which you will write your final research paper and share a short Kaltura video with all of us. The aim is for you - an expert in the TIA! - to help this site develop and sustain a trauma-informed approach in their work, their services, with their employees, with their clients, etc., etc. A trauma-informed approach is applicable to just about any organization, or agency, or system of service, or community. Pick a site that matters to you. Certainly, having some personal knowledge and/or experience with this site would make this "real" for you. The more specific the site, the better (example: William Penn High School, not ALL high schools)
