My client:Doug (24) has had a long history of minor convictions including shoplifting, assault and drug possession. He had been a ward of the CAS until his 16^thbirthday when he left his group home and dropped out of high school. He has been in unstable housing and in and out of jobs since that time. Most recently Doug has been living on the streets or couch-surfing. He would like to change his life and wants to know where to turn.
