Identify at least two pieces of written communication from within your business that you consider to be poorly written. These might be emails from colleagues (or your own), internal communications, webpage copy, marketing materials, slogans, product instructions, reports, etc. Analyse why these pieces of written communication were/are not so effective and what you could do to improve them.
