Identify Your Audience
 

 

1. Write a paragraph  about what your business does.
2. Define your audience, and develop a detailed analysis of 3 audience members. Think through your potential audience and how you would choose to communicate with them by answering the following questions :
   • What are their demographic characteristics?
   • What need or desire is your organization meeting, or what problem are you solving for them?
   • What are their preferred communication channels and why?
   • What are 3 key messages that will make them want to engage with you?
   • What tone of voice will you use to connect with your audience?
