This book provides a solid foundation for certification. The practice questions were particularly helpful in solidifying my understanding. However, some sections seemed a bit behind the latest updates. Still, an excellent book for exam prep!

Needed this for my Palos Park University class and got it free which was pretty sweet. The book feels sturdy enough and honestly the chapters I peeked at seem clear but kinda basic so far. Haven’t spent a ton of time with it yet, just flipping through, hoping it’s good enough once I start studying. Was quick to get here too so can’t complain, shipping was fast and no damage. Might need something extra for the tougher bits. Works well enough for now, just trying to get a handle on info systems with limited fuss.
