If a debtor attempts to avoid repossession and/or recovery of the collateral (in this case the aircraft) by the creditor by keeping it locked in a hanger, should a creditor be permitted to engage in trespass in order to recover the collateral?

Is there a better way for a bank to retain a security interest for these types of agreements and if so, would it likely limit the number of loans the bank would be able to make?

Should the airport where Elio stores his plane, be permitted to keep out debt collectors and/or private investigators like Brook? Or should debt collectors/private investigators be provided free access to hangers where collateral is being stored if the debtor is in default? If airports provide debt collectors/private investigators with that right, what additional legal responsibilities might they face?
