If a decision is made to evaluate a child, the district must notify the parents in writing. This notice must include: the names of local parent groups and attorneys a letter that explains that the parents may supervise the testing and get all records the name(s) of the person who will be conducting the evaluation a description of the tests, records, and reports used to make this decision
