If a magazine company had had to give out a refund for a canceled subscription after only collecting a half years of payment, why would they credit the entire amount of AR Returns and Allowances and as a result what would theey debit? I see one the debit entries was the sales tax payable on the subscription. Please eplain these debit credit rules
