If an object is moving along a unit circle then what would the relation be between x, y, dx/dt, and dy/dt. (if there was a point on the circle (x(t), y(t)).

I'm confused on how the relation would be expressed. Would it be x^2 dx/dt + y^2 dy/dt =1? or would the expression have to equal to 0?
