2. Project objective(s). State clearly, so that their accomplishments can easily be measured or determined later on project completion.

3. Implementation plan. This should include the steps to be taken to meet the objective, the required resources and affirmation of their availability.

4. Time schedule. This should show the milestones for implementing the plan, preferably using a Gantt chart. The schedule should also include the dates.
