If good decision making is fundamentally rational, then Supreme Court decisions should: 1. Consistently be unanimous, 2. Should chiefly entail split decision, 3. Should those who support and those who oppose a verdict agree with each other on underlying principles, 4. Consistently support either liberal or conservative values. Please help me.
