If I had an xbar and R Stats chart for a process and the sample data was within the control limits, and the control limits inside the specs. If somebody was pulling samples and noticied that a high percentage of the sample were outside of the specs even though the process was within the control limits. What could be causing this? What could be done to help fix this issue?
