If Tennant's information was not in "sealed bags" but in unsealed bags, would it be permissible to look and use what you discovered? If a "sealed bag" was torn open when it was tossed in the dumpster and contents spilled out, is it permissible to read and/or take the contents? If papers were not bagged and just tossed in the dumpster, is it permissible to read and take them? Or is everything in the dumpster protected
