If you belong to a student organization, evaluate its culture by answering the following: How would you describe the culture? How do new members learn the culture? How is the culture maintained? Find one example of a company that represents each of the current issues in organizational culture. Describe what the company is doing that reflects its commitment to this culture. If you were aware of criminal activity in your organization but knew that reporting it would probably cost you your job, what would you do?
