If you take samples of larger sizes, how will that impact a z score? For example, find the z score for a situation where x = 8.1, population mean = 8, population standard deviation = 1 and samples of size 4. Now find a z score for the same situation, but samples of size 25 and size 100. What happened to the z score, did it increase or decrease? Looking up the table value, does increasing sample size lead to larger or smaller percentages of area to the left of the z score?
