If you were struggling during your last stage of life, and there was no hope your condition would improve, would you want the choice to end your own life? This is the question a multitude of people are forced to contemplate. This question has raised ethical questions within our society, one of which being physician-assisted suicide. This is the subject of if physicians should be allowed to provide a patient with the means to end their life. Physician-assisted suicide is an extremely controversial topic, and this is for good reason.
