If you were the chair of the board of an organization that provides recreational activities of all kinds to children in your community. The organization has a small staff that coordinates activities, finds sites for activities, trainings and games, seeks grants for equipment and materials needed, and trains and coordinates the volunteers. Most of the work with the children is done by adult volunteers who teach, train, coach and encourage the children to achieve their best. The organization has been in existence for 20 years and is well supported by the community.
