If you were the director in this incident with the alleged drug dealer, what would you had done? I would do the same as she did, putting in action the safety plan of the center. However, after the incident I would review again the plan, and probably make some changes to the security system and access to the center to prevent situations like this one to happen again and put in jeopardy the children and staff safety. How would you have used this interview to market your child care program if you were the director? I would add some information of the center to each of the answers, for instance, when mentioning the safety plan of the center I would say our company's values which were applied in the design of the plan.
