II. ( 25 Pts) Design a PLC based system to control four pumps (Out 1,2,3,4). Of pumps 1, 2, 3 only two combination of the pumps can be ON at a time. Never all 3 pumps can be at the same time. Pump 4 can be controlled independently anytime from the other 3 pumps, but before it starts, requires a time delay of 5 seconds with buzzer after he operator press the START PB. After the pump 4 works (accumulates) for 7 hrs, turn ON a maintenance indicating LTI (0:2/6). For maintenance, the technician turn OFF the pump manually, perform the maintenance, press a reset N.O. PB 9 (1:1/9) and the maintenance light will turn OFF. - Use two momentary pushbuttons to control each pump (see table below).
