The operation process of my online bakery begins with the selection of high quality, fresh ingredients. Each desserts will be made to order, ensuring freshness and quality. The bakery will use a friendly website where the costumers can search and customize desserts. The costumer will be able to select their delivery option and the delivery time will be quick. We also will provide a pick up order. The bakery will make, packed and deliver the orders in a proper time.

My pricing strategy:

I will set a specific price; for example, a standard cupcake will be $3. You can add a flavor; choose Buttercream or whipped cream and a topping like strawberry. If the person would like to add something extra cents, it will depend on the item. However, I must have considered how much a cupcake will be in the market.

The chocotorta will be expensive because all the ingredients are from Argentina, so I have to get a provider and someone to send it to me. However, this is the only one that offers the services in Reading, so I need market competency.
