The practice of landscape architecture includes: site analysis, site inventory, land planning, planting design, grading, stormwater management, sustainable design, and construction specification and ensuring that all plans meet the current building codes and local and federal ordinances. You have been hired as a landscape architect to complete work for a client. The client wants their backyard to become a garden oasis for the summer. They want you to begin the scope of the work. When you arrive these are the features you notice. The shape of the yard is a rectangle and you decide to take measurements. You measure the length is 20 feet and the width is 12 feet.
