Ill. Third Deliverable Read Chapters 4 and 5 Design three Odyssey Plans, which consist of three alternative versions of the next five years of your life. Each life should be delivered with a visual/graphical timeline including noncareer events, a six-word title describing the life, a four-gauge dashboard (resources, likability, confidence, and coherence) and the three questions the plan addresses. The deliverable should be in the format shown in the book (see pp. 99-101 for examples - this is the Chapter 5 section on "Martha's Many Lives"). 1. Design Life One - That thing you do. The first plan is focused on what you already have in mind with regards to what you want your life to become, or what your life is like right now. 2. Design Life Two - That thing you'd do if thing one was suddenly gone. Because of uncontrollable circumstances, your life plan may become totally unviable. Life two forces you to imagine what you would do if you had to make a living doing something else than the life outlined in Design Life One. 3. Design Life Three - The thing you'd do or the life you'd live if money or image were no object. This third life is self-explanatory. If you can make a great living doing something you love, what would this be? Deliverable format (x3): 1. Resources: Do you have the time, money, skill, and contacts, for your designed lives? 2. Likability: How much do you like this designed life? 3. Confidence: Are you sure you can obtain your objectives? 4. Coherence: Does the plan make sense and is it consistent with your work view and life view?
