I'm conducting a study about social media addiction and well-being and I have two research questions:

-Is social media addiction associated with lower subjective well-being?

- Do younger adults have higher social media addiction than middle aged and older adults?

And I have 2 questionnaire:

- Bergen Social Media Addiction

- General Health Questionnaire-12

My supervisor asked me to use exploratory factor analysis in my researchbut I'm not sure how to apply it or which phase I should. Do you have any suggestion about it or can you suggestsomething?

Second question is which statistical analysisshould I run for these 2 research questions?
