I'm currently in the process of starting my own business. It's a house flipping/renovation company. I am in the beginning stages and I have a few questions I can find solid answers to when I just try and google them. Hopefully a tutor can help.

I'm curious as to what legal aspects I need to start focusing on, in my beginning stages. Such as: finding out if there is already a company with the name I have chosen and maybe obtaining an LLC? I'm not sure, which is my question exactly. What legal aspects do I need to seriously consider, long before I start the actual business?
