Im doing an internship report about accounting and I need some explanation of the following tasks that the accountant do

1. Prepare journal entries ( like how he does that)

2. Tracking clients' balances, tracking employees' balances, and tracking suppliers' balances

3. Preparing income statements & financial statements

I dont want theoretical answers .. i want an explanations and how do you preform these tasks on real life transactions
