I'm having a difficult time finding some distribution strategies for my assignment. For my assignment, I chose to open a Critical Care Ambulances service. This is a specialty service for those in need of interfacility transfers for the critically ill in need of transfer for higher medical care. This service is unique because you rely on insurance providers and the hospitals to provide your service, in other words, you rely on them because they are the gatekeepers of your critical care transportation. This service is not the type you can just advertise to the public as it is specialized and rely on other factors like hospital referrals and insurance companies. For this reason, I'm having problems with my assignment for a distribution strategy, any suggestions? I attached a copy of the assignment requirements.
