I'm having a hard time writing out two personal goals for each of the four dimensions of renewal: Physical, Mental, Social/Emotional, and Spiritual. I write the two objectives (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-sensitive) for each goal. Two personal goals about me are graduating college and coming successful in life but having a hard time putting it together.
