You may use other similar sources as well; you're not limited to the sources listed in the reading material.
2. For each technique, write a couple of paragraphs addressing the following:
   1. Describe the tool and explain its uses and benefits.
   2. Share an example of how to use the tool (apply it to your individual workplace problem, if you can).
   3. Include diagrams or other visuals as appropriate.
