I'm needing help creating a PowerShell program that will do the following:

Using a WHILE loop, please include the following information.

1. The overseeing teacher's name - Wood
2. Todays date
3. Ask for test scores from a final exam that 10 students took. (The students are Stephen, Dana, Grant, Myles, Luna, Katie, Mira, Tommy, Laurel, and John)
   1. If a user fails, (< 60) then enter the students name and pass this out to text file called needsHelp.txt (6 users failed - Katie, Laurel, Mira, Myles, Tommy, and John)
   2. If a user passes with flying colors (> 90) then enter the students name and pass this out to a text file called bestOf.txt (4 users passed -Dana, Stephen, Grant, and Luna))
4. Scores must be between 0 and 100
5. Scores cannot be null
6. Have the user enter a sentinal value to quit
7. At the end of the program display the following:
   1. The overseeing teacher's name - Wood
   2. Todays date
   3. Average score
   4. Total number of As, Bs, Cs. (there should be a total of 10)
8. Display lists of names of the students who didnt pass the test
9. Display lists of names from the bestOf.txt
