I'm not sure how this discussion will pan out. But one of my concerns in managing projects is knowledge management. There's knowledge that people bring to the project (like how to pour concrete or how to program a database). Even more critical is the knowledge about the project and the thing/service being completed. How do we communicate and transfer that knowledge?
