I'm not sure how to interpret the information, as to who is to remain employed, fired, etc. The formula for MRP is change in TR / change in labor = P x MP.

Please advise thank you.

Zelda's MRP = $12 per hour while Yvonne's MRP = $8 per hour. The wage for both employees is $10. The firm should:

a. continue to employ both Yvonne and Zelda.

b. continue to employ Yvonne, but should fire Zelda.

c. continue to employ Zelda, but should fire Yvonne.
